Fake a sunset

I really like how natural this shot looks and you can’t tell that this wasn’t shot with just natural light.  You can see in the below setup shot that the natural light was a bit brighter than the sun set light that the picture suggest.  I suspect she used that big white Octabox to not just evenly light them but to also overpower the sun by a stop or two in order to get that sunset looking light that you see in the finished picture.  You can also see one of her assistants is holding a wind machine to probably blow at Sofia Coppola to get her hair to flutter a little.
